2. Motion to approve a one-year contract extension with Municipal GIS Partners for professional support services at a not-to-exceed annual fee of $66,690.00 and authorize the Village Manager to execute the necessary documents and undertake such action to effectuate same.

Motion to approve the renewal of workers’ compensation insurance effective January 1, 2023, per recommendation of Alliant Mesirow, with the Illinois Public Risk Fund with annual premium and fee of $383,259.00 and authorize the Village Manager to execute the necessary documents and undertake such action to effectuate same.
