City of Northlake Finance & Rules Committee of the Whole met Dec. 5.

The committee reviewed the minutes of the November 21, 2022 meeting. Alderman Patti made a motion to approve the minutes of the November 21, 2022 meeting; seconded by Alderman Straube. Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The minutes were approved.
Mayor Sherwin presented the Warrants and Vouchers. Alderman Patti made a motion to pay the Warrants and Vouchers; seconded by Alderman Straube. Mayor Sherwin called for the roll. All were in favor. The motion carried.
Mayor Sherwin opened a discussion to approve the First Amendment to the Agreement for Residential Collection and Transportation of Municipal Solid Waste, dated and effective November 2, 2020 between the City of Northlake and Lakeshore Recycling Systems.
Alderman Grochowski made a motion to approve; seconded by Alderman Patti. Mayor Sherwin called for the roll. All were in favor. The motion carried.
Mayor Sherwin opened a discussion to approve Resolution R-20-2022; A Resolution Indicating Municipal Support and Consent to the Filing of an Application by T5@Chicago III, LP for a Class b Incentive Classification for the Property located at 11650 West Grand Avenue, Northlake, Illinois, Cook County, Illinois (PINs: 12-19-300-020-0000, 12-30-102-001-0000). Alderman Patti made a motion to approve; seconded by Alderman Straube.
Mayor Sherwin called for the roll. All were in favor. The motion carried.
Mayor Sherwin opened a discussion to approve Resolution R-21-2022; A Resolution Approving the 2022 Community Development Block Grant Program Year Agreements with the County of Cook, Illinois for Project Number 2206-2004. Alderman Grochowski made a motion to approve; seconded by Alderman Patti. Mayor Sherwin called for the roll. All were in favor. The motion carried.
Mayor Sherwin opened a discussion to award the bid for Nagle Perri Park to Clauss Brothers, Inc. per the recommendation of the Engineers. Alderman Patti made a motion to approve; seconded by Alderman Johnson. Mayor Sherwin called for the roll. All were in favor. The motion carried.
There being no further business, Alderman Straube made a motion to adjourn; seconded by Alderman Patti. Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The motion carried.
