A. Text Amendment Request Case # 22-PC 06 – The Village of Bellwood is requesting a text amendment to the permitted and conditional use listings for the I1 District.
B. Conditional Use and Variance Request Case # 22-PC 05 - To seek the necessary zoning relief to allow the construction of a ninety-nine-foot-tall Off-Site Dynamic Display Sign (Billboard) located in the south Right of Way of Harrison Street, approximately 100’ east of Bellwood Ave.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Applicant requests approval of the following:
1. The applicant is requesting a Conditional Use for a ninety-nine-foot-tall Off-Site Dynamic Display Sign (Billboard).
2. The applicant is requesting a variance to allow the Dynamic Display Panels to overhang the street at Harrison and extend over the entrance to the first alley east of Bellwood Ave.
3. The applicant is requesting a variance to the 30 second time required for messages to remain on the display before changing.
4. Such other zoning relief related to said application as may be identified during the public hearing process.
