Pricing for the median home in Garfield Ridge decreased during May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Garfield Ridge, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $1,250 while total sales decreased by 84.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 0.4 percent decrease from the $296,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Garfield Ridge in May 2021.

The median sales tax in Garfield Ridge for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,577, approximately 1.2 percent of the median home sale price for May.
