Pricing for the median home in Countryside decreased during May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Countryside fell by $125,500 while total sales decreased by 75 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $274,000 - a 31.4 percent decrease from the $399,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Countryside in May 2021.

The median sales tax in Countryside for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,433, approximately 1.6 percent of the median home sale price for May.
