Dominican University's softball program received two nods on the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference's (NACC) All-Conference teams as Theresa Wilsterman and Allyson Dilday earned selections, of which were announced on Monday morning.
Wilsterman appeared on the First Team while Dilday earned Second Team honors. For both, it is the second time in their career that they have earned All-NACC recognition.
Wilsterman, a sophomore from Tempe, Ariz., had a standout sophomore season, batting .446 with 12 doubles, three triples and five homers while knocking in 35 runs. Her .446 batting average ranked third in the NACC while her home run and RBI numbers were both inside the top-10. In conference play, she was even better than her .446 average, batting .471 against NACC competition. She was named a Honorable Mention in 2021.
Dilday, a senior from Yorkville, Ill., racked up a 14-8 overall record in her final season in the circle, posting a 2.54 ERA in 129.1 innings. She struck out 139 batters in that span, third-most in the conference, while her 14 wins ranked fifth. Her win total, strikeouts and ERA were all career-bests. Dilday was named to the First Team in 2021.
