On March 28, Hugo Villar and Sandral Adan purchased a home at 1434 Scoville Ave., Berwyn from Iwona B. Strejc (trustee) and Strejc (trust) for $270,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $731.94, 0.27% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, 10 properties sold in Berwyn.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Iwona Strejc has been registered to vote since 1997 and has voted in at least 10 primary elections, records show, including 10 Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1434 Scoville Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Stanley Strejc, 92, and Iwona Strejc, 87.
