On Feb. 24, Lauren Davalle purchased a home at 408 E. Maple Ave., La Grange from James A. and Patricia Quinn for $605,000.

This property is one of two sales so far in La Grange in February 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, James A. Quinn has been registered to vote since 2003 and has voted in at least 13 primary elections, records show, including 13 Democratic Primaries. Patricia S. Quinn has been registered to vote since 2012 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 408 E. Maple Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Patt J. Quinn, 75, James A. Quinn, 78, and Patricia S. Quinn, 75.
