Triton College is proud to announce a week of events dedicated to the veterans of our community. All events will be held online or on the Triton College campus. No RSVPs necessary!
MONDAY, MARCH 21
Virtual Workshop: I Served, Now What? Helping Veterans Navigate from Military Experience into Successful Civilian Careers
This workshop will navigate veterans through decision-making processes associated with career exploration and planning. We will underscore the importance and value of your time in the military, and help you discover how all of your unique interests, experiences and abilities can lead you into the civilian career of your dreams!
Session 1 at 1 p.m., via Zoom.
Session 2 at 6 p.m., via Zoom.
TUESDAY, MARCH 22
Family Movie Night at the Cernan Center
Bring the family and enjoy a night of entertainment on us. Complimentary pizza and other treats will be served at 6 p.m. At 6:30 p.m., there will be a free screening of STARS: The Powerhouses of the Universe. This event is open to all veterans from our community.

THURSDAY, MARCH 24
Veteran’s Benefits Info Session and Optional Campus Tour
Are you thinking about using your military benefits to pay for classes at Triton College? During this information session, our financial aid experts will walk you through the process and explain how you can get the most from your benefits.
There will be an academic fair in the cafeteria at 6 p.m. The Veteran’s Benefits Info Session will begin at 6:30 p.m. After this session, you can take a campus tour and/or stay for a general Admissions info session.
