A. Section 2(C)(8) (5 ILCS 120/2(C)(8)) – Security Procedures, School Building Safety And Security, And The Use Of Personnel And Equipment To Respond To An Actual, A Threatened, Or A Reasonably Potential Danger To The Safety Of Employees, Students, Staff, The Public, Or Public Property.

B. Possible Action On Items Coming Out Of Closed Session.

A. An Ordinance Providing For The Issue Of Not To Exceed $1,070,000 General Obligation Limited Tax Bonds, Series 2022, Of The Village Of Broadview, Cook County, Illinois, And For The Levy Of A Direct Annual Tax To Pay The Principal Of And Interest On Said Bonds.

B. An Ordinance Of The Village Of Broadview, Cook County, Illinois, Granting A Special Use To Rainy Broadview, LLC, For Operation Of A Warehouse/Truck Terminal And Trailer Storage Facility, On The Property Located At 1821 Gardner Road, Broadview, Illinois.

V. Application (s) For The Authority To Expend Funds: Totalling $24,713.00
