City of Northlake Finance & Rules Committee of the Whole met Dec. 20.

Here are the minutes provided by the committee:

Mayor Sherwin called for the roll. 

ROLL CALL:

PRESENT: Alderman Straube

Alderman Johnson

Alderman Grochowski

Alderman Patti

PRESENT VIA CONFERENCE BRIDGE: Alderman Feldmann

ABSENT: Alderman Contreras

Alderman Garcia

Alderman Gonzalez

OTHERS PRESENT: Norm Nissen, Chief Of Police

Carol Lampard, Finance Director

Tony Faciano, Superintendent Public Works

The committee reviewed the minutes of the December 6, 2021 meeting. Alderman Patti made a motion to approve the minutes of the December 6, 2021 meeting; seconded by Alderman Straube. Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The minutes were approved.

Mayor Sherwin presented the Warrants and Vouchers. Alderman Patti made a motion to pay the Warrants and Vouchers; seconded by Alderman Feldmann. Mayor Sherwin called for the roll. All were in favor. The motion carried.

Mayor Sherwin presented the Commission Expenditures. Alderman Patti made a motion to approve the Commission Expenditures; seconded by Alderman Straube. Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The motion carried.

Under New Business:

Mayor Sherwin opened a discussion to approve Resolution R-26-2021; A Resolution Approving an Expenditure of Matching Funds for Improvements to Parkview Drive Bridge and Palmer Avenue Bridge Section Number 20-00098-00-BR; Project No. 5WR5(727); Job No. P-91-007-20 Cook County, Illinois. Alderman Patti made a motion to approve; seconded by Alderman Grochowski. Mayor Sherwin called for the roll. All were in favor. The motion carried.

There being no further business, Alderman Straube made a motion to adjourn; seconded by Alderman Patti. Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The motion carried.
