The seven bedroom, three bathroom home at 2721 S. 58th Court, Cicero was sold on Dec. 23 by Salvador Martinez for $442,000. The buyer was Shamika Salinders.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $9,053.46, 2.05% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Feb. 10, 2016. It last sold for $75,000.

So far in December 2021, eight properties sold in Cicero.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Guillermo Perez, 25, was the only registered voter residing at 2721 S. 58th Court as of Oct. 10, 2020.
