a. To consider granting an Amendment to the existing Special Use (Ordinance No. 12-6-O) to permit the removal/replacement of the existing freestanding sign and the installation of a new freestanding sign with additional signage in the B-3 Zoning District at the subject property of 5300 S. LaGrange Road.
3. CASE #PZV22-0001: Consideration of a Variance
a. To consider granting a Variance to permit the placement of an Electronic Variable Message (EVM) sign on a freestanding sign instead of a monument sign to be located less than 200’ from a residential use at the subject property of 5300
