Village of Franklin Park Fire & Police Commission met Nov. 22.
Here are the minutes provided by the commission:
Call to order: The meeting for the Fire & Police Commission was called to order by Commissioner Irene Herrera at 6:06 pm.
Roll Call / Quorum: Present is Commissioner Irene Herrera, Commissioner Guillermo Rios and Secretary Margarita Whaley. Absent is Commissioner lilantza Souchet. Also present Director of Police Mike Witz.
Commissioner Herrera made a motion to go into Executive Session to look over background checks on the police candidates with a second from Commissioner Rios at 6:07. All in favor.
Commission Herrera made a motion to come out of Executive Sessi on at 7 :13 , with a second by Commissioner Rios. All in favor.
Commissioner Herrera made a motion to move forward with a poly & psych for the following candidates: Daniel Delapaz, Robert Anderson, Timotþ Rice, Benji-Randy Cuyugan, Antonio Diaz, and Marek Gorkowicz. All in favor.
Adjournment: Motion to adjourn at7:23 pm made by Commissioner Herrera and seconded by Commissioner Rios with all in favor.
