On Sept. 29, Katherine Heidorn-Reed and Christopher J. Reed purchased a home at 2550 N. Leyden Ave., River Grove from John D. Truty (trustee) and The John F Truty and Angela Truty Living Dated November 13 2013 for $320,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $7,560.01. This is 2.36% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 23 properties sold in River Grove.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Angela Truty has been registered to vote since 1997 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
