On Sept. 29, Tishunda and Michael McPherson purchased a home at 2620 Wellington Ave., Westchester from Phylli R. Buhrke (trust) and Phyllis R. Buhrke (trustee) for $447,500.

The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $11,625.50. This is 2.6% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 44 properties sold in Westchester.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Phyllis R. Buhrke (81) has been registered to vote since 2015 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including six Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
