The four bedroom, two bathroom home at 29 S Spring Ave., La Grange was sold on Aug. 10 by Michael K. Bergen (trust), Jennifer A. Hughey (trustee) and Michael K. Bergen (trustee) for $675,000. The buyers were Michael A. and Lindsay Kozik and Brin Felman.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $16,010.76, 2.37% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on April 25, 2013 for $480,000.

So far in August 2021, seven properties sold in La Grange.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Michael Kevin Bergen has been registered to vote since 2019 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries. Jennifer Ann Hughey has been registered to vote since 2015.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
