Proviso Township Board of Trustees Met July 21.

1. CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Township Trustees of the Township of Proviso met at the Transportation Office, 2619 Congress Street, Bellwood, IL 60104.
2. ROLL CALL
Supervisor Corrigan called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. and on a roll call
The following responded present: Trustees Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, Herrell, Supervisor Corrigan, Clerk Williams, Assessor Zawaski, Richella Jackson, Director of Transportation, and Lorenzo Webber, Director of Youth Services.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Supervisor Corrigan led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Supervisor Corrigan moved, seconded by Trustee Chavez that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes to the Township Board Meeting held on July 12, 2021.

5. APPROVAL OF BILLS

Trustee Herrell moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher that the Board of Trustees recess to closed session to discuss and consider the hiring, discipline, performance and compensation of certain personnel, and matters of pending probable or imminent litigation at 5:36 pm.
