Katrina reviewed slide presentation which included information regarding outages and restoration times. There was discussion regarding including park district building on special rate and also alerting residence on programs available from ComEd.

9.5.1 Trustee Liaison Report Trustee Hammer reports lots of Julie request being initiated. New public works employee hired Christian Ortiz. Water main relining to begin soon at school. 32 water meters are left needing replacement.

9.5.2 Motion to Approve a Resolution Approving and Authorizing the Execution of an Agreement Between the Village of Berkeley, Cook County, Illinois and Mark Zinni Architects, LTD. to Serve as Project Manager and Supervisor of the Construction of the Public Works Materials Storage Building to be Located at 1201 Wolf Road in an Amount not to Exceed $85,000.00
