The home at 1009 N. Marion St., Oak Park was sold on July 1 by (trust) and David E. Wallin (trustee) for $485,000. The buyers were Kevin Boblick and Veronica Ribera Oliva.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $15,053.32, 3.1% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, 13 properties sold in Oak Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, David E. Wallin (94) has been registered to vote since 2015 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including three Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
