On June 29, ES2 Management LLC, William Cerva (estate) and William Cerva (deceased) purchased a home at 840 S. Madison Ave., La Grange from William M. Murphy for $225,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $5,657.68, which is 2.51% of the sale price of the home.

So far in June 2021, 35 properties sold in La Grange.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, William R. Cerva (72) has been registered to vote since 1990 and has voted in at least 10 primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and nine Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
