Village of Schiller Park Committee of the Whole Met May 20.

CALL TO ORDER: President Nick Caiafa called the meeting to order at 6:10 P.M.
ROLL CALL: Upon roll call by Village Clerk Jos, the following Elected Officials were:
Present: President Nick Caiafa, Trustees: Marie Lukowski, Russell Klug, Joan Golembiewski, Tom Deegan, Robert Lima, Terri Sheridan, and Village Clerk Rosa Jos
Absent: None
Clerk Jos declared a quorum present.
Also present: Corporate Counsel Joe Montana, Interim Village Manager Dave Strahl, Assistant Village Manager Brian Bursiek, Tony Anczer, Scott Bernacki, Mike Cesaretti, Tom Fragakis, and Janet Matthys

IV. PERSONS WISHING TO BE HEARD:
No one to be heard.
V. NEW BUSINESS:
Discussion items: 1. The owner of the future Bottoms Up Bar & Lounge gave an overview of the establishment 2. The new owner of the Marathon Gas Station on Irving Park Road was in the audience to answer questions regarding his business. 3. Schiller Park Fire Chief Mike Cesaretti gave a quick presentation regarding the proposed amendments to Fire Prevention fees. The consensus is to move forward with the proposed amendments. 4. There was a discussion regarding prohibiting parking on a portion of Ruby Street North of Lawrence. The change would allow for more parking and be safer for pedestrians. The consensus is to move forward with the parking changes.

VII. ADJOURNMENT:
With no further business to conduct, it was moved by Trustee Sheridan, seconded by Trustee Lukowski, that the Committee of the Whole Meeting be adjourned.
Upon roll call the following voted:
Aye: Trustees: Lukowski, Klug, Golemnbiewski, Deegan, Lima, and Sheridan
Absent: None
Nay: None
President Caiafa declared the motion carried and this Committee of the Whole Meeting was adjourned at 6:55 P.M.
