9.5.3 Motion to Approve a Resolution Waiving Competitive Bidding and Authorizing the Execution of an Agreement Between the Village of  Berkeley, Cook County, Illinois and Fer-Pal Industries for Lining of the  Six-Inch Water Main Located on the Property at 1500 Jerele Avenue in  an Amount Not to Exceed $23,800.00
