Village of Schiller Park Committee of the Whole Met March 4.

I. CALL TO ORDER:
President Nick Caiafa called the meeting to order at 6:15 P.M.
II. ROLL CALL:
Upon roll call by Village Clerk Jos, the following Elected Officials were:
Present: President Nick Caiafa, Trustees: Moses Diaz (6:23 PM.), Russell Klug, Joan Golembiewski, Tom Deegan, Robert Lima, Terri Sheridan, and Village Clerk Rosa Jos
Absent: None
Clerk Jos declared a quorum present.
Also present: Corporate Counsel Joe Montana, Interim Village Manager Dave Strahl, Brian Bursiek Assistant Village Manager, Tony Anczer, Scott Bernacki, Mike Cesaretti, Tom Fragakis, Anna Gorzkowicz, Janet Matthys, and Alan Wax

V. BUSINESS:
Discussion Items:
1. Tony Anczer Public Works Director, suggests changing the orientation of the "Flag/Schiller Park” mural that will be placed on top of the water tower once the restoration is completed. It will be strategically placed to achieve a clearer aerial view. The Board consensus is to move forward with changes to the orientation of the mural.
2. A representative from Gallagher, an exclusive broker, and consultant for the Intergovernmental Personnel Benefit Cooperative (IPBC), gave an overview of this type of Health Insurance. He stated that it is open predominantly to municipalities and counties and noted the coverage and financial differences between IPBC and the current Village insurance. It will be determined by the end of May if the Village will join the IPBC.

With no further business to conduct, it was moved by Trustee Diaz, seconded by Trustee Sheridan that the Committee of the Whole Board Meeting be adjourned. Upon roll call the following voted:
