City of Berwyn issued the following announcement on Feb. 27.
This is a cost-free. Must provide insurance card if covered. A Driver's License or an ID with your date of birth is required. A birth certificate is required for children; there are no age limits. An email and phone number are also required to receive test results. You do not have to show symptoms or be sick.
