CITY OF NORTHLAKE: Leyden High School District 212 Will Be Hosting First Dose COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic For Seniors 65 Years Of Age Or Older

City of Northlake issued the following announcement on Feb. 20.

We are happy to announce that Leyden High School District 212 will be hosting a first dose COVID-19 vaccine clinic for Seniors 65 years of age or older who reside within the Leyden High School District. The vaccination clinic will take place on Thursday, February 25th from 1 pm-5 pm at the West Leyden Field House, 1000 N. Wolf Rd. Northlake. 

Leyden 212 and School District 89 have partnered with Jewel-Osco to provide COVID-19 vaccinations. Please note that this clinic is only intended for Seniors 65 years of age or older who reside in the Leyden High School district. Appointments for the second dose will be made when receiving the first dose.
