City of Northlake Finance & Rules Committee of the Whole Met Jan. 11.

Here is the minutes provided by the committee:

Mayor Sherwin called for the roll.

Roll Call:

Present: Alderman Straube

Alderman Feldmann

Alderman Contreras

Alderman Garcia

Alderman Gonzalez

Alderman Grochowski

Alderman Patti

Absent: Alderman Johnson

Others Present: Norm Nissen, Chief Of Police

Carol Lampard, Finance Director

Tony Faciano, Superintendent Public Works

The committee reviewed the minutes of the December 21, 2020 meeting. Alderman Patti made a motion to approve the minutes of the December 21, 2020 meeting; seconded by Alderman Feldmann. Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The minutes were approved.

Mayor Sherwin presented the Warrants and Vouchers. Alderman Patti made a motion to pay the Warrants and Vouchers; seconded by Alderman Grochowski. Questions were asked and answered respectively. Mayor Sherwin called for the roll. All were in favor. The motion carried.

Under New Business:

Mayor Sherwin presented Resolution R-02-2021; A Resolution Authorizing the Acquisition of Vacant Property Located South of Rhodes Avenue and North of Addison Creek in the City of Northlake, Cook County, Illinois. Alderman Patti made a motion to approve; seconded by Alderman Grochowski. Mayor Sherwin called for the roll. All were in favor. The motion carried.

There being no further business, Alderman Straube made a motion to adjourn; seconded by Alderman Patti. Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The motion carried.

Meeting Adjourned 6:36 P.M.
