B. Zoning Relief and Variance Request Case # 20-ZBA 11 - For the construction of a garage on a legal-nonconforming lot. The current coverage is 22 percent, and the proposed project will be at 34 percent well within the 40 percent allowable coverage. It isin an R-3 Limited General Residential District at 718 23RD Ave. Marcus and Lekeia Wilson, Owners.
