9.1.1 Trustee Liaison Report – Trustee Graf-Stone informed the Board that the Administration team is continuing work on cell tower negotiations and they continue to work on the billboard agreement. Trustee Graf- Stone thanks and is very proud of staff and department heads for keeping everyone informed on the Coronavirus information that changes constantly.

9.3.1 Trustee Liaison Report – No report

9.4 Fire and Health (Chair – Trustee Grenier; Co-Chair Trustee Perez)

9.4.1 Trustee Liaison Report – Superintendent Wagner and his crew did a great job with the Electric Lights Festival. Thank you! 61 letters were received for Santa and answered, which were then delivered.

9.5 Public Works and Utilities (Chair – Trustee Hammar; Co-Chair Trustee Grenier)

9.5.1 Trustee Liaison Report – Trustee Hammar will be attending the Parkth District meeting via zoom tomorrow, January 6 .

9.6 Community and Intergovernmental Relations (Chair – Trustee Perez; Co- Chair Trustee Graf-Stone)

9.6.1 Trustee Liaison Report – Trustee Perez informed the Board that the Music Groups that he spoke to are waiting on Berkeley for scheduling Music in the Park.

Trustee Salemi informed the Board that Lincoln Park Zoo is closed until April 2021.

10. Village President

10.1 President’s Report

10.1.1 1/19/2021 Village Board Meeting at 6:30 pm

President Lee thanks everyone for their participation with the Electric Lights Festival. He received many positive correspondences by mail and in person. There will be lots happening in 2021, he will appreciate everyone’s input, feedback and advise.

Looking into having lights on the Prairie Path for 2021.

11. Village Administrator – Village Administrator Espiritu reported good and bad news on Covid. Cases are now going down, however, infection rate is higher. Regarding the vaccine front-line and healthcare workers are first, 2nd are frontline essential workers - Police and Fire, grocery workers, bank tellers and those that work with people on a daily basis. 3rd group is age 64 – 75, those that have an underline condition and those that are essential workers but not frontline. Giving Tree – raised $730.00.
