Cicero elections judge accuses fellow Democrats of election fraud

A Democratic elections judge is accusing poll workers of election fraud and directly discriminating against GOP ballots at an elections facility in Cicero.

“I want all of these irregularities in Cook County to be investigated,” poll watcher Ina Bochian said in an affidavit.

Bochian, a registered Democrat, said she is fearful after coming forward regarding claims of election fraud among poll workers.

“I am afraid for my life and my family because I have reported election irregularities to various parties,” she said.

While serving as Primary Election Judge and Early Voting Election Judge, Bochian said she observed several irregularities, all of which went against Republicans.

“One of the irregularities I witnessed at the Cicero Facility was that multiple ballots were damaged, or ‘cut’ by envelope-opening machines,” she said. “These ‘cut’ ballots could not be processed through the optical scanner, so I was instructed to put the damaged ballots in a pile labeled ‘REMAKE’.”

However, Bochian noticed that more Republican votes were “cut” and thrown out than Democratic Party votes. In addition, she said that batches of Democratic votes suddenly appeared together in GOP enclaves.

“I noticed that when processing ballots from historically Republican-leaning townships like Wheeling and Northfield, every so often, an odd ‘influx’ of 20 Biden-only votes suddenly appeared,” she said.

Bochian said it was obvious the poll workers were Biden supporters due to conversations and cheers erupting when Biden was announced as being ahead in Illinois on election night.

Further, on Nov. 11, Bochian said mail-in ballot envelopes without a postmark began arriving at the facility.

“While opening envelopes from Northfield Township, I noticed, (1) some ballots were blank; and, (2) some ballots had all races marked except for the presidential race. (3) Many opened mail-in envelopes contained ballot B (Judges) but not ballot A (Political candidates). This was very unusual in companion to all other ballots I had previously processed.”

Bochian said that based on his own anecdotal account, President Donald Trump should have received 40% of the vote in Cook County.
