CALL TO ORDER
Meeting began at 6:40 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance led by Member Mounce.
COMMUNICATIONS
A. District Website Presentation
Salomon Navarro-Melgoza, Public Relations/Marketing, presented the Board and community with the new website, updates, and future website content.

A. Member Cuevas expressed concern over the upcoming Board member re-elections.
B. Member Pabon expressed to the Board and community his graditute to all teacher, administrators and staff for the smooth transition into remote learning.

A. Monthly Fund Report
Regina Johnson, Business Manager, will presented the monthly fund report to the Board and community.
B. FY21 Tentative Budget
The district’s FY21 Tentative Budget will be available for public display on August 25th. It is required that prior to the budget adoption in September there is a 30 day public display available at the district office. Ms. Johnson presented the board with a Budget Book for final review.
C. Summer School Report
Dr. Michelle Smith and Dr. Robert Hubbird gave a brief recap of the Summer School report.
D. FOIA - Robert Propst of Advanced Disposal
Request received 8/3/2020 and processed on 8/3/2020 with the information requested.
The requested information included: copies of the most recent service agreement or contract for waste and recycling services and a copy of the bid results from last bid opening for waste and recycling services.
