XIII. Consideration and Approval to Waive the Formal Bidding Process and Purchase Fourteen (14) Body Worn Camera Systems, with 3 Year Hardware Warranty, and Software Licensing, from WatchGuard (Motorola) in the amount of $26,735.00.
