iii Item N - The Village has identified several village owned vacant lots throughout the Village of Bellwood within residential zoning districts that are eligible for redevelopment, including the parcel identified herein 1116 Eastern Avenue, the Village desires to either sell said properties to third party developers for the purpose of development or continue with the next phase of construction of single-family homes on said properties,
