Section 112.009 of Title Eleven of the New Millennium Code of the Village of Schiller Park Establishing the Number of Video Gaming Establishment Licenses and the Number of Video Gaming Terminal Licenses.

B. PUBLIC WORKS (Streets, Water, Storm Water, Engineering, Fleet/Building Maintenance) Chr. Klug, Diaz, Golembiewski

1. Motion to approve a proposal from Gasvoda & Associates Inc. to purchase

and install Vaughn chopper pumps at the Delta Lift Station in an amount of not-to-exceed $31,000.00

2. A Resolution of the Village of Schiller Park, Cook County, Illinois, Authorizing a 2020 CDBG Capital Improvement Project Application.

1. An Ordinance Granting a Conditional Use for an Automobile Repair Facility

3. Motion to approve the current List of Bills in the amount of $291,204.37. This includes the following non-recurring invoices:

a. Advanced Treecare – Parkway Tree Trimming

b. Cargill Inc. – Salt Purchase

c. Franklin Park Plumbing – Water Main Break Repair at 4156 Goss Ave d. McGrath Consulting Group Inc. – Fire Study Payment

4. Motion to Approve an Agreement with Imagetec for a Five Year Lease of Five Hewlett Packard Copiers at an estimated monthly cost of $1,548.86 and to authorize the Village Manager to sign the necessary documents to effectuate the same.

5. Motion to Approve Settlement of Case Number 2019-L-003302 and Authorize Execution of a Release and Settlement Agreement.

3. Motion to Approve a one-year contract for lawn, tree and shrub treatment at various Village locations with TruGreen Commercial in the amount of $5,281.73.

4. Motion to Approve a one-year contract for treatment of select trees at Clock Tower Park with Advanced Tree Care in the amount of $1,130.00.
