TRU Funding, LLC, seeking a special use, as provided for in Section 98- 251 of the Code of Ordinances, Village of McCook, Illinois, so as to permit the operation of an accounts receivable financing services business on the property located at 9550 West Sergo Drive, Unit 104, McCook, Illinois (“subject property”).
The subject property is improved with a 2,000 square foot industrial condominium unit and is otherwise identified by the following Permanent Index Number: 18-10-300-042 1005. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
