City of Countryside issued the following announcement on Feb. 18.
The CCEJC provides “free” legal and social service information to seniors ages 60 + who are residents of Cook County and their caregivers. The CCEJC is located at the Richard J. Daley Center in downtown Chicago on the Concourse Level in Room CL-16. The CCEJC hosts bi-weekly Senior Enrichment Seminars on various topics and provides tools to avoid elder abuse, neglect and financial exploitation along with offering assistance with legal questions; social service issues and links to a comprehensive legal and social service referral network.
