B. Discussion and consideration pursuant to the Village Board's direction to propose options for "opting in" to allow retail sale of marijuana within the Village as well as Medical Marijuana and other cannabis uses. Presentation by Edgar Lara, Department of Community Development.

C. Discussion and approval regarding Public Works Amendment of 2019 Asphalt Patching Bid which was accepted for $19,450.

D. Discussion and consideration to request authorization to purchase Portable Extrication Tools from Air One Equipment Inc. for the Fire Department in the amount of $16,451.00.

12. New Business:

A. Discussion and consideration for Mayor Perkins to support the Thirteenth Positive 501c3 Second Annual Fundraiser Black Tie Event on Black Friday. Placement of Ad in book is $200.00 plus the purchase of one ticket for $80.00, both events total $280.00.

* Support for the 27th Annual Triton College Foundation President's Reception. Placement of Ad in book is $200.00 and purchase of one ticket is $75.00 for a total amount of $275.00.

B. Motion to discuss and direct staff to create the proper Ordinance amendment pertaining to the Village of Maywood Liquor License Ordinance to include BYOB establishments for sit down restaurants and to send it to the Maywood Local Liquor Commission for review and recommendation - No attachment(s).

C. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING VARIOUS SECTIONS OF TITLE XI (BUSINESS

REGULATIONS) OF THE MAYWOOD VILLAGE CODE AND VARIOUS SECTIONS OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYWOOD ZONING ORDINANCE WITH RESPECT TO BLOOD/PLASMA COLLECTION FACILITY REGULATIONS, with a cover memo dated October 30, 2019 from Klein, Thorpe and Jenkins, Ltd.
