Variance Request Case # 19-ZBA 07 – To allow the construction of a wooden patio, shed and replacement of a concrete walkway. Construction of the new wooden patio, shed and replacement of a concrete walkway would increase the coverage from 41% coverage to 53% that is a 13% excess from the 40% allowed by code.
