Burr Ridge (Cook County) home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Burr Ridge in Cook County fell by $16,250 while total sales decreased by 14.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $465,000 - a 3.4% decrease over the $481,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Burr Ridge in the first half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Burr Ridge for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $9,678, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2019.
