Hillside home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Hillside rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,500 - a 10.8% increase over the $184,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Hillside in June 2018.
