La Grange home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in La Grange rose by $207,500 while total sales decreased by 41.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $620,000 - a 50.3% increase over the $412,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in La Grange in June 2018.

The median sales tax in La Grange for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $9,516, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
