Maywood home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Maywood rose by $34,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,500 - a 26.7% increase over the $127,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Maywood in May 2018.
