Hillside home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Hillside rose by $1,000 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 0.5% increase over the $204,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Hillside in May 2018.
