Berkeley home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Berkeley rose by $57,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $236,000 - a 32.2% increase over the $178,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Berkeley in May 2018.
