La Grange home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in La Grange rose by $8,750 while total sales decreased by 14.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $412,500 - a 2.2% increase over the $403,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in La Grange in May 2018.

The median sales tax in La Grange for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $9,516, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for May 2019.
