Riverside home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Riverside rose by $36,000 while total sales decreased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $451,000 - a 8.7% increase over the $415,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Riverside in May 2018.

The median sales tax in Riverside for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $9,647, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for May 2019.
