The Village Board of the Village of Bellwood will conduct a board meeting for the purposes of considering the following agenda:

ii Item F - Award of a contract to the lowest responsible bidder for the village's 2019 Sidewalk Replacement Project, 

iii Item G - Agreement provides for engineering services pertaining to the design and construction relating to the Village's Bohland Avenue Street Resurfacing Project, 

b Community Development - Trustee Boston, Chairman; Trustee Robinson, Member, 

i Departmental Report, ii Item A - The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding the proposed overlay district for the property commonly referred to as 701 and 715 25th Avenue and has made a unanimous recommendation relating to said request, 

jii Item H - Agreement provides for financial assistance in the amount of $3,600,000.00 to be generated by and through a surcharge in the form of a motor fuel tax on diesel fuel,

ii Item B - The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding Petitioner's request for zoning relief and as a result of which has made a unanimous recommendation of approval pertaining to Petitioner's request for a conditional use permit and related variances pertaining to the funeral home,

ii Item E- The Village of Bellwood is required to annually review the performance of each TIF District and file reports relating to each TIF District, specifically, Addison Creek A, Addison Creek B, Addison Creek C, Addison Creek D, Prairie View ll, North, South, Park Place, Central Metro and National Terminals TIF Districts,

ii Item C - The amendment provides the ability for eligible Class F licenses to apply for a Class V-G license if available,
