1. CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Township Trustees of the Township of Proviso met at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162 on Wednesday, May 15, 2019.
2. ROLL CALL
Trustee Herrell called the meeting to order at 5:36 p.m. and on a roll call
The following responded present: Trustees Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, Herrell. Also present were Clerk Williams, Assessor Zawaski, Attorney Durkin.
Trustee Chavez moved, seconded by Trustee Thomas that the Board of Trustees Approve Trustee Herrell to be Chairman Pro Tem in Supervisor Corrigan’s Absence.

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Trustee Herrell led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Trustee Chavez moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes to the Township Board Meeting held on May 6, 2019.

6. ATTORNEY’S REPORT
The board is voting on two items: 1) The tentative budget will be available for public inspection from May 16, 2019 - June 20, 2019. The new property in Bellwood needs interior demolition. Supervisor Corrigan obtained a contract with NAPCO to complete the work, the work will not exceed $20,000.
