The data shows that 93 men and six women were among the parolees. The median age of the parolees sentenced for crimes involving alcohol was 43. The youngest parolee was a 20-year-old man sentenced in 2016, and the oldest was a 70-year-old man sentenced in 2018.
The offender who was incarcerated the longest was Delia Aguila. She was convicted of a crime involving alcohol in 2013 when she was 27 years old. She is now 33.
Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
