Illinois General Assembly: HR397 actions on May 24

The following actions were taken on May 24 in the House on House bill HR397 ("women's right to vote day"): "Placed on Calendar Order of Resolutions" and "Recommends Be Adopted State Government Administration Committee".

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Robyn Gabel (D-18) on May 21, "declares June 10, 2019 as a day to celebrate women's right to vote and the important role Illinois played in achieving that right in the United States," according to the General Assembly website.
